Mar Hernández

Mar Hernández is a Spanish illustrator, doctor in Fine Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts of San Carlos, València.

Her work is versatile and personal, over the years she has worked in different fields such as press illustration, editorial illustration, illustration for product, audiovisual or advertising.

Some of the clients she has worked with are Penguin Random House, The New York Times, Oprah Magazine, The new yorker, Chronicle Books, Variety Magazine, SAP or Samsung. 

Her work is rich in details and textures, colourful and optimistic. Mar puts the focus on the ideas and concepts from which she develops her work.

A tireless and multidisciplinary creator, she also carries out projects related to design, music and ceramics.
